Cam is flexible and open to ideas from the client that were identified throughout the course of the build and often resulted in changes that were absorbed into programme. His pursuit of perfection is uncompromising, he regularly held trades to account to rework details until they were perfect; he questioned the design if he thought there was a better outcome that could be achieved; he ultimately built our house as if it were his own home. Also important is Cam's attitude towards safety and maintaining a clean and organised site, like the quality of the build itself Cam is fastidious in ensuring that his trades work in a safe environment and follow best industry practise at all times.

Cam managed the unforeseeable COVID restrictions seamlessly and still managed to complete the house on programme and to budget. His no fuss, down to earth approach to building made the whole process really enjoyable and the outcome is second to none.“

The journey was not without trial and tribulation as our first builder went into liquidation which was followed by drawn-out legal wrangling.
